Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS from our courier partner, allowing you to track your package’s delivery status.

Returns
Eligibility for Returns:

A video of the concern issue within 12 hours of unpacking or receiving the parcel is mandatory for initiating any exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange for the correct product. If out of stock, we will offer an alternative or provide a refund as per your preference.
Refunds:
