Online Purchase
By placing an order through the Trevior Fashion website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional policies stated on the Website.
Payment Options
• COD: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available including delivery charge.
• Full Payment: The entire amount is paid upfront at the time of order placement.
• Partial Payment: You may pay a portion(25%-100%) of the total amount in advance. The remaining balance must be cleared at the time of delivery.
VAT & Delivery Charges
All applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) and delivery fees are automatically added during checkout. The final payable amount, inclusive of all charges, will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery Timeline
• Inside Chittagong Zilla : 2–5 working days
• Outside Chittagong Zilla : 3–7 working days
Refund Policy
If delivery is not completed within the promised timeframe, customers may request a refund. All approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the request.
Order Cancellation
